Lola Welch RDT DTG is a Senior Prosthetic Technician with over 20 years experience working with implant planning to immediate load conversion and final permanent restoration. She has a special interest in digital prosthetic workflows and high-aesthetic denture customization. Lola is an All-On-X expert, lecturer and KOL for major implant planning and dental supply companies. She is particularly passionate about digital solutions, implant planning and technology. Lola is an official member pop the Dental Technicians Guild. In 2023, she was awarded the Technician of the Year award at the Dentistry Awards and for two consecutive years, earned a spot in the Laboratory Magazine’s “TOP20” most influential people in the industry.
